PSP Lego Brick

 The PSP Lego Brick is a aluminum lego brick with the PSP logo engraved on each of the studs. This was my first CAM project to learn Fusion 360 and the VF-2 mills at BIDC. Despite looking small and easy enough, there ended up being quite a lot of fine-tuning to get the CAM to work properly, as there were some spots where there was not a lot of space for the tool to actually cut the required geometry.
