I joined the Meyer Research Group in May 2023 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. The group focuses on studying combustion utilizing advanced laser diagnostic techniques. I work on numerous different projects. I am finishing up design work and hardware build for the High Enthalpy Aerothermal Tunnel (HEAT), a high pressure and high temperature wind tunnel. I also have designed and built numerous fluids panels as the research group upgrades its capabilities in the test cell. I also supported many testing campaigns of rotating detonation engines and jet-in-crossflow wind tunnel experiments as they arose. My experience on the group has strengthened my desire to pursue a Master's degree at Zucrow!
